The lighting design process begins with an at-home consultation where we’ll discuss your goals and needs. You’ll remain an integral part of the design process as we evaluate your property’s architecture, landscape, and the site lines from inside your home.

As part of our consultation, we’ll showcase the potential of your home by providing a temporary lighting system demonstrating different lighting effects and techniques. Witness firsthand how various fixtures and placements can transform your outdoor areas.

We’ll make any adjustments to ensure you’re completely satisfied before the installation process.

Once approved, it’s time to install your new lighting system! Projects usually take 1-3 days depending on their scope and complexity. After completion, we will arrange a visit after dark for focus adjustments to ensure everything looks its absolute best.

Maintenance

We offer a 1 year complimentary maintenance plan. Your appointment is automatically scheduled, and we will visit your home twice during the year in spring and fall to make sure your lighting system looks the same as when it was installed!

If you’d like to continue the maintenance plan after the first year, we’ll discuss the right plan for you.
